To support its continued growth, Elicio is looking for an HR Manager to join the Human Resources Team.

 

Function

As HR Manager, you will act as a soundboard for our employees, while also offering advice to our management team. You will be responsible for rolling out HR policy. Your responsibilities will cover both hard and soft HR management activities. You will take ownership over optimising payroll, international legislation, fleet optimisation, meal plans, HR budget, etc. In addition, you will stay abreast of HR trends and see to any related communications. 
 

Through your acquired knowledge and expertise, you will help us further support and develop our HR policy. Lastly, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring of new personnel, while also overseeing employer branding activities.
 

Profile

•    a Bachelor or Master with HR BP experience
•    Strong in soft skills, peoplemanagement
•    Dutch, French & English
