We must empower women to engage in green business

Without large investments, there are no RES projects. Without orderly finances and accounting, there is no successful company and there is no good foundation to develop and build power plants.
At Elicio NV in Serbia, Dragana Gajic has been taking care of this for eight years. As part of the campaign for the promotion of successful women in green business, as part of the "Path to greater participation of women in the RES sector" project, Dragana says that a large number of professions and educational profiles have opportunities and importance in the RES sector, and that she will be very happy to support her teenage daughter if she wants to be educated and employed in the green energy sector.
